

In the event that a qualifying device† has been discontinued by a product manufacturer, or cannot be obtained, a like device or credit of retail value of the device may be offered. The limited warranty covers damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of aging (“normal wear and tear”), and failure of the product(s) to function in a normal or satisfactory manner (“product malfunction”), as confirmed by Brinks Home™, for qualifying devices† installed and/or sold by Brinks Home™ or an authorized Brinks Home™ dealer, for the warranty period as defined below. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product. You are responsible to pay a service charge for application of the warranty in the event it requires on-site repair/replacement of a covered device, to be charged at our then-current service fee.

Shipped replacements will be covered at no charge to you. Throughout the term of active warranty enrollment, the company will provide on-site repairs/replacements, shipped replacements, or credits for qualifying devices† (see exhibit A) that are deemed inoperable by Brinks Home™, due to normal wear and tear, and product malfunctions. The limited warranty can also be found online at and will be emailed to you at the email address specified upon acceptance of terms and conditions.
